All the details in this living space, which reshaped luxury, comfort and peace far beyond ordinary villa architecture, have been executed using techniques that add quality to life. All the villas in this project are built with the concept of a boutique site, all the villas have a lake view where you can enjoy the festive sunset in your own home.

The villas are located on a building area of ​​​​approximately 1700 square meters, intersectingly, so that they do not face each other, and you will forget the fatigue of the day with its brilliance.

In the social facility located on an area of ​​2500 square meters, you can move with your family without moving away from your home with the outdoor swimming pool, children’s pool, outdoor area, outdoor terrace, gym, Turkish bath, sauna and men’s and women’s clothing department.

Architectural Design

Designed with an aesthetic architectural design, the villas offer a high-quality living space with private interior décor and generously sized interior spaces.

With floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the large gardens, the interiors form spacious and bright living areas that let in the greatest amount of sunlight. There are 3 kitchens distributed on the ground floor, garden floor and terrace, and all kitchen appliances are delivered.
